Dear LNYDP Participant Carnaval del Pueblo,

I am delighted to welcome you on board for LNYDP 2020!

For LNYDP 2020, you and your group have been selected as a ‘Featured Entry’. This means that we believe you and your group to be one of the very best and stand out entries within LNYDP 2020, so a huge congratulations!

Featured Entry:

A ‘Featured Entry’ means that you will have a dedicated Social Media, Website and Newsletter announcement. This will be solely with regards to you and your group’s involvement in LNYDP 2020. Tom Kirkby will be writing to you all individually (prior to you and your groups announcement), to ensure that we have all the information needed to create your ‘Featured Entry’ announcement.

Dan Kirkby our Director of Communications and Media team will be creating and sending out a press release announcing your involvement in LNYDP 2020 to the Press Association and all major news outlets.

If I could please ask you as a ‘Featured Entry’ to complete the attached ‘Information Form’ and to send back to Tom Kirkby (with myself cc’d in) as soon as possible, I would be hugely grateful! The more information and images we have, the better!
