Robin Bunce

Historian based at Homerton College, University of Cambridge.

He specialises in the history of political thought, and his recent research has focused on the Black Power movement in Britain. His biography of the late black radical and intellectual Darcus Howe was published by Bloomsbury in 2014. He was Director of Studies for Politics at Homerton College and supervises on the history of political thought. In addition to his academic work, Dr Bunce acted as historical adviser on the recent Sky Television show Guerrilla. He has also written for the Guardian, the Independent, the New Statesman, and has contributed to BBC programmes such as Last Word.
